I'm m running the Hackney Half marathon for INQUEST!

INQUEST is a small charity working with bereaved families following state-related deaths. They are the only organisation who supports families whose loved one has died following contact with the police, whilst in prison or while in the care of mental health services.

Over the past few years, INQUEST has faced even greater demand for their services with families and to influence the wider media and policy landscape. They have helped bring about huge changes for bereaved families but need your help to continue doing so.

For 40 years, INQUEST has stood with bereaved people with a simple mission: putting an end to state related deaths and the unjust social systems which enable them. Now they need your help to continue this vital work.

Since June last year, I have been coordinating INQUEST's 40th anniversary project. Through this work, I have come to understand the historic significance of the charity that has been shining a light on injustice for over four decades.
